UBF Transport Services

UBF Transport Services provides professional door-to-door medical transportation for all ambulatory and non-ambulatory (wheelchair bound) passengers. Our specialized transportation services include regularly scheduled trips for dialysis and infusion centers patients, handicapped individuals, senior citizens and children with special needs.

We are the NEMT provider of choice by many of the the local dialysis centers, nursing facilities, hospitals, insurance companise and health care plans throughout Santa Clara County.

We understand the challenges of arranging special-needs transportation to medical appointments, dialysis, nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. Our American Disabilities Act-compliant vehicles are safe and comfortable, and our carefully screened, CPR and First Aid certified drivers treat clients with dignity, compassion and respect.
